Evaluation of pixi for dependency management

Hi, I just wanted to ask you if you explored pixi as an option for dependency management or not (pixi.sh). I really liked your detailed explanation behind why each tool was chosen, and I was hoping to find why uv over pixi, but it wasn't mentioned there. That's why I wanted to get your opinion on this.

Hey! I'm really sorry for the massive delay, I completely missed the notification.

To be honest I really should go through and properly vet pixi. I've always been a bit biased against conda and it's kinda bled into an aversion to trying it, but so far everything I've heard about it has seemed positive.

There have been several points in the surrounding tooling / etc of this template where there has been a good alternative option of some language agnostic tooling (main thing that comes to mind is just instead of nox) but I just barely decided to keep it all in Python

If it supports everything I could see it being a good option, but I really need to give it a full look through since right now I'm just going off what I've heard about it and no actual research
