feat: default output could suppress xcode build logs, enable via flag #5975

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Given Xcode log output (and Android/gradle) can be quite verbose, it'd be a nicer experience by default to show a terminal progress bar with time. Could enable the output via flag --verbose or --logs=verbose.
