feature: autopilot and yolo mode

improve the autpolit and yolo mode. last iteration we added /yolo and allow in session

autopilot mode:

• everything allow all has
• continue till end
• new task_complete tool call
• checks if task is complete, otherwise continue with interal stop hook

alllow all:

• auto approve ALL tool calls
• auto reply questions
• auto trigger retries on errors
• auto retry on maxRequests (ignore maxRequesst setting).
