Add command-line option to export default keybindings for all platforms

In the docs, we refer to keybindings using the syntax kb({command ID}). The mapping is done based on default keybinding JSON files, which are manually exported with each release for each platform.

This feature adds a command-line option to generate the default keybindings JSON files for all three platforms.
