Added a new SECRET rank trophie.

Hello, Please check the Readme, section "Secret Rank".
I read there to add any new secret ranks discovered, and i got this Organization rank the other day, so i added it :D

Secret trophies will not be listed in the README. That's why I use mosaic processing.

@Joknaa I think ryo-ma means that the secret rank trophy images on the README are put through a filter to make them look pixelated, so that they stay "secret" - that is, you can't see what the trophies look like from reading the README.
